The Triangle
Gaotha finishes healing JoJo under bridge, the magic flowing from them stops. And all of a sudden it feels like their entire chest has been ripped asunder. Just a line from Gaotha's chest to shoulder feels like the skin has been violently torn.
The cultist campsite is mostly hidden. There are the remains of a fire, smoldering slightly. There are three figures, all sleeping and the party learns they are the lowest ranking member of The Cult.
Olnfield
Saima Kuusk gathers a group the next day to send into the forest to find Alexi’s body. It is field guards of the Peace Reserve and Tobias will want to go. They will find the dead bodies of the wolves but when they search the inside of the cave and find it stripped bear, that will raise questions.
Tobias Renwald will hold a funeral for his brother. There is a fenced in area used as a cemetery for all of the towns. It is in the centermost section so that every can reach it. Saima, Tyson, Hugo, and Iris attend in support. There’s a smattering of people but its not a huge crowd.
The Cemetary
There is a young boy there, alone, Juniper Harvey. He has short, cropped black hair. He’s wearing an unassuming pair of pants and a shirt; he fits in with everyone else. He looks like a simple farm boy. Narrow eyes are blinking back tears but a few escape, running down his cheek. Tobias Renwald: "I know what many of you and the others think about Alexi, and I don’t begrudge you that. He was strange and weird and all of those things you say he was, but it was never a bad man. He might’ve got carried away at times, but it was all in the passion of his work. I’m starting to realize that even I wasn’t privy to that work, whether that was because he didn’t think I would understand, which I probably wouldn’t, or because I never bothered to show interest… But, he was still my brother. And losing someone that you have spent the entirety of your life with, side by side. From childhood to adulthood. Through everything. Maybe it would be easier if I gave up hope these last few months. I think there was a part of be that had given up. But I didn’t really know he was gone until everyone knew he was gone. So, it does feel sudden. And it feels unfair. And it feels unkind. Unkind because had had so much left to accomplish. Even though I don’t know what his work was for, I know he would’ve succeeded. He would’ve found the answers he’s been looking for. And the world would’ve been better for it. But now… well now, all I know if I loved him and I will miss him for the rest of my years."
