Description
Londeithel, located in the Middledark, in a cavern that the drow refer to as Dromchla ("refuge"), exists far from the secluded city of Aixlintar within a cluster of drow, dueregar cities, and more small civilizations within the Underdark, located beneath the Varrenmar Mountains and spreading out in all direction from that center point. Many of the civilizations that were part of this section of The Underdark, existed within and under the domain of the beholder, Renekor, whom was dubbed The Watcher, which was a tame name for what he was. He allowed them to exist as long as they gave him whatever he wanted, whenever he asked for it. Due to the existence of Chanth Arint, the temperature in Dromchla is much higher than most places in the Underdark.
The city of Londeithel sits on the ground of a massive cavern with ceilings so many miles high that they're out of view. Where stalagmites and stalactites meet within this cavern, throughout this city, a means of travel has been built. Small shops and cafes exist within the interior of the meeting joint of these massive rock growth and connecting them all, is a rope and wire bridge. It can't be used to transport large or heavy things, but foot traffic can easily cross. It allows quicker passage to certain districts of the city. It is called The Hangwire. The city is lighted with purple, green and white lights every so often though the majority of it is not lit because its denizens are not in need of light to see. The Vermillion Tributary runs through the city, called so because of the tint of red that it has. It's hot and smokes and any boats that glide down it have to be lined with metal.

Government
The society was still built in a structure of hierarchy, but it was slightly different. The upper houses were in charge while the lower houses served them. They are not a religious functioning society, many of the drow here are atheists. Their history was The Shadoweaver but their purpose was not to serve her. They have a High Council, leftover from their history with The Shadoweaver but not gendered and with no connection. They are currently mostly concerned with making sure that they give enough to Renekor and to Vylastras so that their continued existence is secure. Londeithel used to be ruled by a dragon queen who's bones can be seen lying in a constant vigil, curled around the city. She was killed by Vylastras when Vylastras was sent into hiding after The War of the Last Dragon.
There is conflict amongst the houses as there always is with nobility. The lower houses vying for higher positions, the upper houses steadfastly holding onto their wealth and status. Many of them use The Infinite Children for political functions but they are a city that is overtly welcoming to refugees.
