Augustin Fouquet took the majority of The Reserves stationed here to fight at the Battle for Wrelmouth, during which they were all killed. That left a skeleton crew manning the fort itself, which The Fortune Bringers persuaded to leave and join the forces within Gadena to help protect it against the continuing pressure of Augustin and this new army at its doorstep.
